¡Ola los inummerables!

it's Lisa's birthday today!

This friday, it was Lisa’s birthday. As she, my <3, was retained in Canada due to the now famous icelandic cloud (ten more days than what she ought to go!), i decided to do something.

So we gathered at my (and Lisa’s) house, and had a support committee party, because we want Lisa to be freed, we want Lisa back! Eyjafjallajökull is keeping her all to himself, and that’s not fair! I printed her portrait, of course (which was made by a famous photographer of whom i forgot the name, sorry), wrote the number of detention days -she’s at a friend’s house eating burgers and poutine and playing and having her hair cut in some fancy hairdresser’s, don’t worry too much-, and we all (tried to) learn a typically canadian song.

I made an appointment with Lisa for her to be connected to Skype at a certain hour. I then  called her, and SURPRISE: We all were there! Not hidden behind the sofa, but inside her computer!

Our friend Renaud brought some moose’s antlers he had just made on purpose, and made a heartbreaking speech while we had Céline Dion singing loud (this shows how MUCH we love Lisa…).

I made a garland bearing FREE LISA FREE on it, and had asked everyone to come with some typical canadian clothes (checkered shirts, of course).

And well, i think the birthday girl was happy, although she was far. And we sure had fun!

But still, i’m waiting for her return…
